Appointment Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal scheduling and service for all our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance:
Cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.

Cancellations Made 12 to 24 Hours Before the Appointment:
Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment or procedure cost.

Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before the Appointment or Missed Appointments:
Cancellations or missed appointments occurring less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked treatment or procedure cost.

Package Bookings:
For patients who have purchased treatment packages, one session may be forfeited in accordance with the above cancellation terms.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with this policy to help us manage our clinic’s operations effectively and ensure that all patients receive the high-quality care they deserve. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
