Appointment Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal scheduling and service for all our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance:
Cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.

Cancellations Made 12 to 24 Hours Before the Appointment:
Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment or procedure cost.

Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before the Appointment or Missed Appointments:
Cancellations or missed appointments occurring less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked treatment or procedure cost.

Package Bookings:
For patients who have purchased treatment packages, one session may be forfeited in accordance with the above cancellation terms.
